(A 2025 guide for bridesmaids, maids-of-honour and anyone hunting for the most memorable hen do in the capital.)

1. A Single Set Price – No Hidden Costs

Most hen-party activities quote a price “per person” and then pile on extra fees. At Pole Mission you pay £240 for a private 75-minute pole-dance party, no matter how many hens you bring (within studio capacity). The rate includes exclusive studio hire, all equipment and expert instruction – so you can keep the kitty simple and stress-free.

2. Central Soho Studio = Maximum Fun, Minimum Travel

Your bachelorette party takes place at 80 a Dean Street – bang in the middle of Soho and a three-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road tube. Oxford Circus, Leicester Square and Covent Garden are all within minutes on foot, making post-class cocktails a breeze.

3. Beginner-Friendly, Confidence-Boosting & Seriously Instagrammable

Pole Mission’s professional-grade X-Poles (40 mm & 45 mm chrome, stainless and brass) mean every guest – from gym bunny to proud sofa-surfer – can nail their first spin. Skilled instructors break the moves down, add a short routine and finish with a mini photo shoot so you leave with Reels-ready footage for the wedding slideshow.

4. Trends Show Dance-Based Hen Dos Are London’s Hottest Choice

Hitched’s 2024 roundup of 40 London Hen-Do Essentials places dance classes – including ABBA, Beyoncé and 90s pop – in its top recommendations, proving that brides want immersive, experience-led celebrations. A pole-dance bachelorette party gives you the same energetic group buzz but with an extra shot of empowerment.

5. Theme It Your Way

Whether your bride is a disco diva or burlesque queen, your instructor can tailor the playlist and routine. Popular requests include:

  • ABBA Disco Spins – sequins, platforms and “Dancing Queen” hair flicks.

  • Beyoncé Bootcamp – channel your inner Sasha Fierce with chair choreography and ring-flash arm waves.

  • Vintage Burlesque – feather-fan flourishes for a touch of Moulin Rouge glamour.

(Just mention your theme on the enquiry form and Pole Mission will sort the rest.)

Make a Full Weekend of It

Whether you’re planning a big night out or a low-key day with the girls, Soho’s got everything within stilettos’ reach:

  1. Bottomless Drag Brunch – Soho

Keep the sequins on and refuel with unlimited fizz, wild lip-syncs and fierce queens.

  2. Thames Party Boat

Belt out Spice Girls and Beyoncé in your own glitter-filled booth (with cocktails delivered via a “thirsty” button).

  5. Afternoon Tea at Sketch or Ham Yard Hotel

  6. Cocktails at Disrepute or Cahoots

Hidden bars serving themed drinks and vintage vibes – ideal for post-pole celebration pics.

FAQ (Fast Answers for the Group Chat)

Is pole safe for pregnant guests or injuries?

Yes – just let the instructor know in advance and we’ll offer low-impact variations or set up a comfy spectator spot.

What should we wear?

Pole works best in shorts or leggings and a vest top so your skin can grip the pole. But it’s a hen party, so bring the fun! Bride-to-be veils, sashes, sparkly tutus and matching themed T-shirts are all welcome. Keep anything very loose or dangly (big jewellery, feather boas) for the photo session, and skip body lotion on the day – it makes the pole slippery.

How do we secure a date?

Send an enquiry via the link below and we’ll get everything sorted right away.

Can we bring prosecco / cupcakes?

Absolutely – just let us know beforehand so we can chill the glasses and set up a cake table.
