Cancellations and Transfers

Courses/Parties:

Course Registration and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the 6-week course.
Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund.
Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. If you attend the first class, you are committed to the entire 6-week course. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.

Classes/Private Lessons:
For classes or private lessons, cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the start time of the class. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class will result in the session being lost and no refunds will be issued. No transfers between students are allowed. Students who do not attend the class due to illness, injury, pregnancy, personal or professional commitments, or unforeseen circumstances without providing 12 hours' notice do not have the right to credits or transfers.

Guest and In-House Workshops:
For guest and in-house workshops, there are no cancellations, and no refunds will be given. Reservations are non-transferable.

Changes and Cancellations by Us
Pole Mission reserves the right to cancel or revise any course time or instructor as necessary. We will notify students of any cancellations, and every effort will be made to find an alternative class in lieu of any cancelled session.

We strive to cancel as few classes as possible. However, if a class does not meet the minimum student count of 2 students, we will cancel the class. This policy ensures that we can cover the instructor’s salary and maintain a viable class structure. We will notify students of such cancellations 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Late Arrival Policy
All students must arrive on time for group classes. To ensure the safety and proper preparation of each student, entry to a group class is not permitted if arriving more than 10 minutes after the start. Students are permitted to enter the studio 5 minutes before their scheduled class time.

The door will be unlocked 5 minutes prior to the start of class. Please buzz in upon arrival. Waiting on the stairs outside the studio is strictly prohibited.

For private lessons, pole hire, and studio hire, if you are late, you are still required to leave at the originally scheduled finishing time.

This policy helps ensure that all students receive proper warm-up and instruction from our instructors, reducing the risk of injury. We strongly encourage all students to arrive early, allowing enough time for changing, using the facilities, and settling into the studio environment before the class begins. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated and contributes to a positive and productive class experience for everyone involved.

Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
We require all students to complete a PARQ before there first class. Complete here

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it ensures a smooth and effective learning environment for all students. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the late arrival policy, please feel free to contact us for clarification at admin@polemission.com.
