  • Where is Pole Mission located?
    Pole Mission is located in the heart of Soho, London, just a few minutes’ walk from Tottenham Court Road station. We are perfectly placed for anyone searching for pole dance classes in Central London or “pole dance classes near me.”
  • Do you offer beginner pole dance classes?
    Absolutely. Our beginner pole dance courses are designed for complete beginners. You’ll learn foundational spins, transitions, and tricks in a supportive and empowering environment.
  • What types of classes do you offer at Pole Mission?
    We offer a wide range of classes, including: Pole Dance (Beginner to Advanced) Exotic Pole Dance Spinning Pole Aerial Hoop Handstands & Flexibility Specialised Workshops (e.g. inverting, handsprings, Vertical Jade)
  • Can I take a one-off class or do I have to book a course?
    You can do both! We offer drop-in pole dance classes as well as structured eight-week pole dance courses in London.
  • What should I wear to my first pole dance class?
    For pole classes, shorts and a vest or sports bra are ideal to allow grip on the pole. All classes will be taught bare foot unless the class specifies otherwise. Please bring water with you to the class.
  • Are your classes suitable for men?
    Yes! Pole dance is for everyone. All genders are welcome at Pole Mission.
  • How do your aerial hoop classes work?
    Our aerial hoop classes are suitable for all levels. There are two people per hoop, ensuring plenty of practice time.
  • Do you offer private lessons or parties?
    Yes, we offer private pole dance lessons and studio hire for events, hen parties, and birthdays. Contact us for more details.
  • Can I buy a gift voucher for classes?
