Starting on Thursday, June 26th, at 6:15 pm, this Pre-Intermediate and Intermediate course will now rotate BETWEEN Static and Spinning pole styles. Each 4-week block will focus on either static or spinning combos — helping you build technique, control, and confidence across both styles. This course alternates between 4 weeks of static pole and 4 weeks of spinning pole, giving you the chance to build confidence and technique across both styles. Your instructor, Brooke, brings her professional expertise and dynamic teaching style to help you expand your repertoire and elevate your pole dance practice. What to Expect: • For Pre-Intermediate/Intermediate Levels: Suitable for students with prior pole experience who are ready to challenge themselves with dynamic tricks and combinations. • Focus: Each 4-week block will rotate between static and spinning pole to build a well-rounded practice • Supportive Atmosphere: Train alongside a group of like-minded pole enthusiasts in an encouraging and inclusive environment. Note: Course structure may be adjusted at the instructor’s discretion to best support student progress. Intermediate Pole Course Structure: 8-Week Course: 4 Weeks Static | 4 Weeks Spinning Weeks 1–4: Static Pole Block Static Pole Foundations: • Review key grips, mounts, and static control • Learn to generate momentum and maintain form Transitions & Flow on Static: • Connect tricks into smooth combinations • Focus on fluidity and body awareness Inverts & Strength Moves: • Work on clean inverts and low aerial tricks • Build upper body and core strength Static Combos: • Apply everything into longer sequences • Improve technique, endurance, and expression Weeks 5–8: Spinning Pole Block Spin Technique & Safety: • Learn spin control, speed management, and positioning • Focus on safe entry and exits from spins Spin Transitions & Aerial Work: • Start exploring aerial movement on spin Spinning Combos & Flow • Emphasize smooth rotation and body lines • Create a short routine combining skills from both blocks Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today to join this exciting journey of mastering tricks and combos at Pole Mission. Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund. 3. Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. When necessary, a qualified substitute will cover to ensure the course runs smoothly without disruption. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes. **All jewellery that comes in contact with the pole (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.
