Everything you need to know...
Classes may use a static or spinning pole, with the mode chosen to best support the combinations being taught. This pole class focuses on developing control, shapes, and combinations through structured, technique-led training. You’ll work on a range of shapes and transitions, exploring momentum, timing, and how to connect movements with ease and control Progressions are adapted across levels, allowing you to build confidence while refining technique at your own stage. Suitable for students with basic pole experience who are comfortable climbing to Upper intermediate. Good to know: • This class is not suitable for never tried Pole/ complete beginners. • Shorts are recommended for better pole grip. • Please remove rings, bracelets and any jewellery that may come into contact with the pole before class. • One person per pole. • *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes. *All jewellery that comes in contact with the pole (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.*

Cancellation Policy
Registration will close 2 hours before the class begins. **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy** Students may cancel their booking or reschedule it up to 12 hours before the class. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the class will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. When necessary, a qualified substitute will cover to ensure the course runs smoothly without disruption. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes.
