Improver to Intermediate level | 6-Weeks | 5:30 PM Wednesday, 10 June

Everything you need to know...

Rotating between Spinning & Static mode. Starting on Wednesday, this Pole Combos course is designed for Improvers, Pre-Intermediate & Intermediate students who want to expand their repertoire and develop fluid combinations. (Attendance should be able to climb and work on inverted) You’ll learn a range of beautiful shapes, transitions, and dynamic tricks, and how to link them together into smooth, flowing combos. The course focuses on building strength, improving technique, and developing confidence in longer sequences. Each session explores new tricks and transitions while refining control, alignment, and movement quality. You’ll gradually build more complex combinations and work toward creating your own flowing sequences. All our courses are 1 person per pole to ensure the classes are not crowded and the instructor is able to give each student individual attention. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness.
