Designed for students with previous pole experience who want to develop confidence and technique on spinning pole. Exercises and progressions are tailored to your level, allowing everyone to continue building strength, control and movement quality at their own pace. You'll work on: -Spins, climbs and transitions on spinning pole -Combinations adapted to your level -Strength, control and momentum Class content focuses on spinning pole, with progressions adapted to support your current ability. Good to know: • Previous Beginner pole experience required • Not suitable for your first-ever pole class • One person per pole *All jewellery that comes in contact with the pole (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.*

Cancellation Policy
Registration will close 2 hours before the class begins. **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy** Students may cancel their booking or reschedule it up to 12 hours before the class. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the class will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. When necessary, a qualified substitute will cover to ensure the course runs smoothly without disruption. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes.
