Everything you need to know...
Starting on Thursday, June 26th, at 7:15 pm. Find your musicality. Tell your story. Spin with intention. Move with music. Flow with intention. This course is designed for students ready to go beyond the basics and explore the art of choreography and expression on the spinning pole. Merging contemporary, lyrical, and flow-based movement, this course will help you develop fluid transitions, musical interpretation, and emotional presence in your dance. Led by an experienced instructor with a passion for musicality and expressive movement, you’ll build the tools to bring artistry and control to every spin, transition, and gesture — all while deepening your connection to your own body and the music. Course Breakdown Musical Foundations & Movement Quality • Explore rhythm, breath, and musical cues in choreography. • Revisit spinning pole grips, posture, and base technique.
