This class is taught barefoot or in socks only. Starting on Friday, 8 May, at 5:20 PM, This course focuses on simple, structured Pole movements within a beginner-friendly, flowing routine with musicality (exotic style). Each week, you’ll revisit key elements, refine transitions, and build confidence as you learn to connect movements into a complete dance sequence. The instructor will guide Pole mode (static or spinning) depending on the Pole dance Choreography. What to Expect: • An 6-week course with one 55-minute session each week. • Open Level: Suitable for students without prior experience in pole dance. • Progressive Learning: Focus on advancing skills while revisiting key foundational techniques. • Supportive Community: Learn in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. What to Bring: • Comfortable workout clothes (shorts and a tank top/sports bra are ideal). • Barefoot or socks 🧦 • A bottle of water to stay hydrated. • Enthusiasm to grow and have fun! All our courses are 1 person per pole. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes.

Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. When necessary, a qualified substitute will cover to ensure the course runs smoothly without disruption. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes. **All jewellery that comes in contact with the pole (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.
