Starting on Sunday, 10 May 2026, at 2:15 PM, whether you’re brand new to aerial hoop or returning with some experience, this course offers a welcoming space to build strength, technique, and confidence. Taught by a passionate and experienced instructor, each class is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and creativity in a supportive atmosphere. What to Expect: • A 6-week course with one 55-minute session each week. • Beginner-Friendly: Suitable for complete beginners and those with some prior experience. • Progressive Learning: Develop your technique with grips, mounts, transitions, while building strength, flexibility, and coordination. • Supportive Community What to Bring: • Comfortable workout clothes (shorts/leggings and a fitted top). • A bottle of water to stay hydrated. • An open mind and a willingness to have fun! Spaces are limited to ensure personalised attention, with 2 people per hoop, so be sure to reserve your spot soon. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes. **All jewellery that comes in contact with the Hoop (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.*

Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund. 3. Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. When necessary, a qualified substitute will cover to ensure the course runs smoothly without disruption.
