Starting on Thursday, June 26th, at 5:15 pm, this 8-week beginner course is designed for anyone curious to explore the art of pole dancing in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment. You’ll learn from two amazing instructors — Marusya and Brooke — who will alternate weekly,bringing their unique styles, strengths,and energy to each session.It’s the perfect way to experience a well-rounded introduction to pole dancing while keep What to Expect: • Duration: An 8-week course with one 55-minute session per week, giving you ample time to learn and practice new moves in a supportive environment. • Beginner-Friendly: No prior dance or fitness experience required. Our two !! expert instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable. • Comprehensive Learning: Over the eight weeks,you’ll learn fundamental spins, transitions, and poses. We focus on building your strength, flexibility, and coordination—all while having fun. Course Structure: Week 1: Introduction to Pole Dance • Learn basic grips and spins. • Introduction to pole safety and warm-up exercises. Week 2: Building Confidence • Practice foundational moves and transitions. • Focus on strength-building exercises. Week 3: Perfecting Technique • Refine your spins and transitions. • Introduction to simple floor work. Week 4: Combining Moves • Start combining moves into short routines. • Emphasis on fluidity and grace. Week 5: Routine Building • Work on a beginner routine incorporating all learned moves. • Personalized feedback to enhance your performance. Week 6: Enhancing Skills • Introduce intermediate spins and holds. • Focus on improving flexibility and control. Week 7: Choreography and Expression • Learn to express yourself through movement. • Incorporate musicality and personal style into your routine. Week 8: Celebration • Celebrate your progress with your classmates! What to Bring: • Comfortable workout clothes (shorts and a tank top/sports bra are ideal). • A bottle of water to stay hydrated. • An open mind and a willingness to have fun! Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund. 3. Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. When necessary, a qualified substitute will cover to ensure the course runs smoothly without disruption. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes. **All jewellery that comes in contact with the pole (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.
