Welcome to Pole Mission’s 6-Week Spinning Pole Dance Course! Starting on Thursday 7th November at 8pm, this course is perfect for anyone who has started their pole dance journey and considers themselves a beginner or above. Your instructor is Brooke, who brings years of professional experience and an infectious enthusiasm to every class. With her exceptional skills and passionate teaching style, Brooke will guide you through the dynamic art of spinning pole dance, helping you enhance your abilities in a supportive and empowering environment. Whether you’re looking to be introduced to spinning pole or seeking to improve your skills, this course will help you master the art of spinning pole in a supportive and engaging environment. What to Expect: Duration: A six-week course, with one 55-minute session each week, dedicated to building confidence and skills on the spinning pole. The course is limited to 8 members so you will get 1 pole per person and plenty of individual attention from the instructor. For Beginners and Above: This course is for those with basic pole experience who want to explore spinning pole. No prior experience with spinning poles is necessary. Comprehensive Learning: You’ll master key spins, transitions, and control techniques, improving your strength, coordination, and fluidity. Supportive Community: Join a welcoming group and learn in a friendly, encouraging space. Course Structure: Week 1: Introduction to Spinning Pole - Master basic grips, spins, and control techniques. - Learn about safety, proper warm-up, and adapting to the spinning pole. Week 2: Building Confidence on the Spin - Practice foundational spins and transitions while managing momentum. - Focus on building control and confidence. Week 3: Exploring Spin Transitions - Combine spins with fluid transitions to refine movement. - Emphasise form and balance throughout your spins. Week 4: Integrating Spins and Flow - Begin linking moves into smooth sequences. - Enhance the grace and fluidity of your movements. Week 5: Routine Development - Start creating a personalised routine using the techniques learned. - Receive individualised feedback for refinement. Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund. 3. Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
