Starting on Wednesday, June 25th, at 5:15 pm, Our Pre-Intermediate & Intermediate course will rotate between static and spinning pole styles. Each 4-week block will focus on either static or spinning combos — helping you build technique, control, and confidence across both styles, giving you the chance to build confidence and technique across both styles. With expert instructor guidance, you’ll expand on your foundations and begin mastering more complex transitions, tricks, and combos. What to Expect: • 8-Week Course: One 55-minute session per week to support steady, structured progress • Level: For Pre-Intermediate and Intermediate students ready to develop strength, control, and fluidity • Focus: Each 4-week block will rotate between static and spinning pole to build a well-rounded practice • Supportive Environment Note: Course structure may be adjusted at the instructor’s discretion to best support student progress. Pre-Intermediate / Intermediate Pole Course: 8-Week Course: 4 Weeks Static + 4 Weeks Spinning Weeks 1–4: Static Pole Block Week 1: Climbs, wrist seat, carousel spin, intro laybacks Week 2: Basic aerial invert, inside/outside leg hangs, jasmine Week 3: Inverted crucifix, flatline Scorpio, fang, cupid Week 4: Brass monkey, extended butterfly, jade (intro), combos Weeks 5–8: Spinning Pole Block Week 5: Spin control, brass hook, wrist seat, flow basics Week 6: Leg hang transitions, reverse grab, spin climbs Week 7: Inverts & butterfly on spin, superman, transitions Week 8: Spin combos, styling, optional showcase Why Choose Pole Mission? • Modern Studio: Our state-of-the-art studio in Soho, London, is fully equipped to provide an exceptional training experience. • Great Value: The entire 8-week course is just £150, offering unbeatable value for intermediate pole dancers. Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund. 3. Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. When necessary, a qualified substitute will cover to ensure the course runs smoothly without disruption. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes. **All jewellery that comes in contact with the pole (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.
