Welcome to Pole Mission’s 6-Week Handstand Mastery Course! Starting on Saturday 23rd November at 11am and running for one hour this course is designed to help you progressively build the strength, balance, and technique required to master the handstand. Your instructor is Judit, who brings years of professional experience and a warm, encouraging presence to every class. With her expert guidance and passionate teaching style, Judit will help you master the art of handstands in a supportive and empowering environment. Whether you’re new to handstands or looking to refine your existing skills, this course will guide you through every step in a structured and supportive environment. What to Expect: Duration: A five-week course with one 60-minute session each week, designed to help you build the necessary strength, flexibility, and control to master handstands. Beginner-Friendly: No prior experience required. Our expert instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident as you progress. Comprehensive Learning: You’ll learn essential handstand techniques, including balance, alignment, and strength-building exercises, leading up to mastering various handstand positions. Supportive Community: Join a welcoming group of participants and enjoy learning together in an inclusive, encouraging environment. Course Structure: Week 1: Introduction to handstands -Understand the technique of handstand alignment, learn the correct way to kick up and start building up stamina. Week 2: Handstand alignment -The attention will be on drilling handstand alignment on and off the wall as well as spotted work with Judit Week 3: How to fall from a handstand? -Understand how you can fall safely from a handstand and practice it individually with Judit. Week 4: Find your balance -Learn the technique of balancing and practice it with specific wall drills as well as individual work with Judit. Week 5: Body Tension -Focusing on Body tension drills to create a strong straight handstand position and build up more strength in the position.
