This workshop is all about playing with shoulder stands, headstands, and dreamy floor shapes — perfect for anyone looking to add a little wow to their base work! We’ll break down different types of shoulder & head stands, with lots of options to suit your vibe or ability What to Expect: Our expert instructor will guide you through: • Fundamental and advanced floor tricks, with variations for elementary beginners to advanced skill levels • Strength-building movements to help you execute seamless transitions • Dynamic rolls, sweeps, and slides that enhance flexibility and control ♡ This class is for elementary-level practitioners—not absolute beginners— so you’ll want to feel comfortable being upside down, doing tricks, or learning floorwork transitions. ♡ Knee pads are a must for some of the tricks ♡ Heels are totally optional! ♡ Cute, sexy outfits welcome — dress up & feel yourself!
