Course Structure: Week 1: Introduction to Flexibility Training • Learn proper warm-up and stretching techniques. • Focus on basic hamstring, hip, and shoulder mobility exercises. Week 2: Foundations of Splits Training • Work on front and middle splits with accessible progressions. • Incorporate strength-building drills to support flexibility. Week 3: Backbend Basics • Learn safe backbending techniques to protect the lower back. • Explore thoracic spine mobility and shoulder flexibility.
