Week 5: Routine Development • Start creating a personalised routine using the techniques learned. • Receive individualised feedback for refinement. Week 6: Enhancing Skills • Introduce more advanced spins and transitional techniques. • Focus on building strength and control for longer spins. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. When necessary, a qualified substitute will cover to ensure the course runs smoothly without disruption. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes. **All jewellery that comes in contact with the pole (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.
