Starting on Friday, 10th January, at 6:15 pm, this course is perfect for those new to pole dancing and eager to explore this exciting and empowering form of fitness. Your instructor, Maria, brings years of professional experience and radiant enthusiasm to every class. What to Expect: • Duration: An 8-week course with one 55-minute session per week, giving you ample time to learn and practice new moves in a supportive environment. • Beginner-Friendly: No prior dance or fitness experience required. Our expert instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable. • Comprehensive Learning: Over the eight weeks, you’ll learn fundamental spins, transitions, and poses. We focus on building your strength, flexibility, and coordination—all while having fun. • Supportive Community: Join a group of like-minded beginners and enjoy the camaraderie and encouragement that comes from learning together. Our classes are inclusive and welcoming to everyone. Course Structure: Week 1: Introduction to Pole Dance • Learn basic grips and spins. • Introduction to pole safety and warm-up exercises. Week 2: Building Confidence • Practice foundational moves and transitions. • Focus on strength-building exercises. Week 3: Perfecting Technique • Refine your spins and transitions. • Introduction to simple floor work. Week 4: Combining Moves • Start combining moves into short routines. • Emphasis on fluidity and grace. Week 5: Routine Building • Work on a beginner routine incorporating all learned moves. • Personalized feedback to enhance your performance. Week 6: Enhancing Skills • Introduce intermediate spins and holds. • Focus on improving flexibility and control. Week 7: Choreography and Expression • Learn to express yourself through movement. • Incorporate musicality and personal style into your routine. Week 8: Showcase & Celebration • Perform your routine in a supportive showcase. • Celebrate your progress with your classmates! What to Bring: • Comfortable workout clothes (shorts and a tank top/sports bra are ideal). • A bottle of water to stay hydrated. • An open mind and a willingness to have fun! Enrol Now! Cancellation Policy 1. Course Registration and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the 6-week course. 2. Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund. 3. Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
