Welcome to Pole Mission’s 6-Week Beginner Pole Dance and Aerial Hoop Combo Course! Starting on 4th of October and running at 6pm weekly, this unique course alternates between pole dance and aerial hoop, allowing you to explore both disciplines. Over the six weeks, you’ll spend alternate weeks focusing on pole dance and aerial hoop, allowing you to build a solid foundation in both areas. Whether you’re completely new to either or looking to try something new, this course will guide you through the basics in a supportive and fun environment. What to Expect: Duration: A six-week course with one 55-minute session each week, alternating between pole dance and aerial hoop. You’ll spend weeks 1, 3, and 5 on pole dance, and weeks 2, 4, and 6 on aerial hoop. Beginner-Friendly: No prior experience required. Our expert instructors will guide you through each discipline step by step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident as you learn. Comprehensive Learning: You’ll master essential spins, poses, and transitions on both the pole and aerial hoop, enhancing your strength, flexibility, and coordination. Supportive Community: Join a welcoming group of beginners and enjoy learning together in an inclusive, encouraging environment. Course Structure: Week 1: Pole Dance Basics - Learn basic grips, spins, and safety techniques. - Focus on building strength and confidence on the pole. Week 2: Introduction to Aerial Hoop - Learn basic mounts, poses, and safety on the aerial hoop. - Focus on strength-building and flexibility. Week 3: Building on Pole Dance - Practice foundational spins and transitions. - Begin linking moves into simple sequences. Week 4: Advancing Aerial Hoop Skills - Explore more complex poses and transitions. - Emphasis on fluidity and control. Week 5: Pole Dance Routine Creation - Combine all learned moves into a cohesive routine. - Receive feedback to refine your technique. Week 6: Aerial Hoop Showcase & Celebration - Perform a simple routine incorporating all aerial hoop techniques learned. - Celebrate your progress and newfound skills with your classmates! What to Bring: - Comfortable workout clothes suitable for both pole dance and aerial hoop. - A bottle of water to stay hydrated. - An open mind and enthusiasm for learning something new!

Cancellation Policy 1. Course Registration and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the 6-week course. 2. Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund. 3. Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
