Your instructor, Davide, brings years of professional experience and vibrant enthusiasm to every class. With his expert guidance and passionate teaching style, Davide will help you master the art of aerial hoop in a supportive and engaging environment. What to Expect: • An 8-week course with one 55-minute session each week. • Beginner-Friendly: No prior aerial or fitness experience required. • Comprehensive Learning: Learn fundamental grips, mounts, transitions, and poses to build strength, flexibility, and coordination. • Supportive Community: Join a welcoming group of beginners and enjoy learning in a positive and encouraging environment. Course Structure: Week 1: Introduction to Aerial Hoop • Learn basic grips and mounts. • Introduction to aerial safety and warm-up exercises. Week 2: Building Confidence • Practice foundational moves and transitions. • Focus on strength-building exercises. Week 3: Perfecting Technique • Refine your mounts and transitions. • Introduction to basic poses and smooth transitions. Week 4: Combining Moves • Begin linking moves into simple sequences. • Emphasis on fluidity and grace in your transitions. Week 5: Routine Building • Start crafting a personalised sequence using all learned techniques. • Receive individualised feedback for improvement. Week 6: Enhancing Skills • Introduce more advanced poses and combinations. • Focus on improving balance, flexibility, and control. Week 7: Routine Refinement • Continue refining your sequence with added style and flow. • Work on expression and musicality within your movements. Week 8: Showcase & Celebration • Perform your routine in a supportive class showcase. • Celebrate your achievements and progress with your classmates! Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund. 3. Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
