Starting on Monday, June 23rd, 2025, at 7:30pm. Ready to take your aerial journey further? New to aerial hoop or looking to strengthen your foundation? This 8-week course is designed for beginners and students with some basic aerial experience who want to improve their technique, strength, and flow. Led by a passionate and experienced instructor, each class is designed to help you develop strength, confidence, and creativity in a supportive environment. What to Expect: • An 8-week course with one 55-minute session each week. • Open to beginners and for students with basic aerial hoop experience • Emphasis on clean technique, strength, flow, and form • Individual feedback and guided progression Course Overview Week 1: Technique & Conditioning • Learn/review key grips, mounts, and positions • Strength and mobility work to support aerial movement Week 2: Transitions & Flow • Begin linking shapes and learning smooth movement • Develop control and coordination Week 3: Expanding Vocabulary • Explore new poses in and under the hoop • Emphasis on line, stability, and form Week 4: Combining Skills • Build longer sequences using known moves • Introduction to tempo and fluidity Week 5: Inversions & Control • Learn safe approaches to basic inversions • Develop strength, breath, and technique Week 6: Musicality & Expression • Explore rhythm, timing, and movement quality • Begin expressing personal style Week 7: Routine Development • Use your learned skills to build a short sequence • Receive feedback and refine performance Week 8: Sharing & Reflection • Share your routine in a supportive group setting • Reflect on growth and set the next steps What to Bring: • Comfortable workout clothes (shorts/leggings and a fitted top). • A bottle of water to stay hydrated. • An open mind and a willingness to have fun! Spaces are limited to ensure personalised attention, with 2 people per hoop, so be sure to reserve your spot soon. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes. **All jewellery that comes in contact with the Hoop (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.*

Cancellation Policy 1. Course Registration and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the 6-week course. 2. Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund. 3. Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. When necessary, a qualified substitute will cover to ensure the course runs smoothly without disruption. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes. **All jewellery that comes in contact with the pole (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.
